Programme Schedule
Kickoff: 5th March 2025
This carefully designed, high-impact development programme ensures that senior managers receive personalised
one-on-one coaching every month, combined with dynamic group learning and coaching sessions every 2-3 weeks.
The phased approach maximises impact across the entire team, ensuring deep learning and a ripple effect throughout the organisation.
Phase 1: Managers of Managers (March 5th to the end of April)
The journey begins with senior managers, focusing on their understanding of leadership and defining the specific challenges and changes they want to implement. Working together, they learn core leadership principles and essential skills, establishing their own core values and a vision for their team.
Brilliant Buttons App (Self-paced)
Senior managers will access core concepts through the Brilliant Buttons app, which is designed to deliver knowledge in a flexible, self-paced format. This ensures learning fits into their schedules seamlessly.
Group Sessions (Zoom + Miro, every 2-3 weeks)
These interactive sessions will provide a platform for discussion, idea-sharing, and problem-solving. Senior managers will use the Miro board for visual
collaboration and engage in peer-to-peer learning.
One-on-One Coaching (Monthly)
Personalised coaching sessions will help senior managers translate learning into action, refine their strategies, and build their implementation plan.
AI-Driven Knowledge
All group sessions will be recorded and made available to the AI, enabling participants to search discussions and access real-time answers to any questions. This helps solidify learning and supports managers with AI-guided solutions.

Phase 2: Direct Reports (Start of May to July 3rd)
In this phase, the senior manager leads their direct reports in tackling challenges and aligning with the leadership vision. With access to program materials and the platform, the team builds a unified leadership approach, fostering cohesion and a shared language around values, communication, and strategy.
Brilliant Buttons App (Self-paced)
Direct reports get access to all program tools and resources through the app, allowing them to learn key concepts at their own pace and stay aligned with the senior manager’s progress.
Coaching Sessions (Facilitated by the Senior Manager)
The senior manager leads coaching sessions for their direct reports, applying techniques learned through their own 1:1 coaching experience. These sessions ensure alignment in leadership practices and encourage open communication within the team.
One-on-One Coaching (Monthly)
Senior managers continue with their monthly coaching, while newlyinvited managers receive tailored support to develop their own leadership plans and strategies.
Building a Vision and Culture
This phase will be heavily focused on leadership alignment and creating a shared vision, ensuring that all managers are working towards the same goals and are engaged in the process of cultural transformation.

All team members will have access to key tools and resources, empowering them to contribute to the cultural shift and engage in leadership development activities.
Coaching Sessions (Facilitated by the Senior Manager)
The senior manager leads coaching sessions for their whole team, applying techniques learned through their own 1:1 coaching experience. Full team involvement ensures that everyone understands their role in building a high performance culture and implementing the leadership vision.
One-on-One Coaching (Monthly for Senior Managers)
Senior managers continue to receive individual coaching to ensure ongoing progress and support as they lead this organisation-wide transformation.
Collaborative Action Development
The team will participate in developing concrete action steps that gradually bring the desired changes into reality, with each member playing an active role in turning strategic aspirations into measurable outcomes.
